Prayer is an important part of our work. As Pope Francis says,
“The ecological crisis is also a summons to profound interior conversion . . . [what] all need is an “ecological conversion”, whereby the effects of their encounter with Jesus Christ become evident in their relationship with the world around them.
These words from Pope Francis give us a new vision of the power of prayer in safeguarding creation. We seek to become seamlessly woven into the whole, stewarding but not exploiting nature, at peace with Creator and creation.
